    CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

    To develop a semi-industrial line for the synthesis of carbon-based composite materials used for the production of supercapacitors and energy-efficient heaters.

    SOLUTION

    Our engineers have developed and put into operation a vacuum press designed for the synthesis of graphene-containing carbon materials. The press is designed for testing new technologies for the production of energy storage devices and heaters. It forms plates of thin carbon films of 100×100 mm, which are used to develop supercapacitors and energy-efficient heaters. The equipment allows significantly increasing the number of developed laboratory and semi-industrial samples. The customer received equipment featuring a wide range of characteristics that allow conducting various experiments and obtaining composites that have better characteristics if compared to similar products.

    WORK RESULTS

    We have selected, supplied and configured high-tech scientific equipment for the synthesis of graphene-containing carbon materials. Trials were performed on samples and their results have fully satisfied the customer.
