SOLUTION
We have developed and put into operation a general-purpose roll system providing a high accuracy and uniformity of suspension application, as well as allows creating a wide range of film coatings. The roll-up machine of an extended configuration makes it possible to apply a coating with a thickness of several microns, which is in demand in the production of lithium-ion batteries, optical and graphene films. The equipment is fitted with a coating knife with the function of continuous suspension application and function of setting the required length of the coating. The film is dried using infrared heating. All technological parameters of the machine are displayed on the touch panel and allow the customer to control the technological process in a real time mode, as well as save the results obtained.
WORK RESULTS
We have supplied and configured the most functionally equipped and versatile coating system required by the customer within the stated time frame. The trials conducted confirmed the declared characteristics of the machine.
